Braces for children, dental insurance and cost
My ten year old may need to have braces in the near future. The dentist said that he has a overbite that should be taken care of once all his adult teeth are in. I would like for him to have perfect teeth but would like some idea of cost and if it would be better for me to get dental insurance now or wait until he needs the braces.

It really depends on the dental insurance plan you want to get. If the plan has no waiting periods for braces then why not wait to get it when you need it.
Other wise if it does have waiting periods for braces that kinda makes you get it now so you can afford to wait out the waiting periods the plan has.
