Kids dental care in Pennsylvania, Good oral health care: I want my children to have good oral health care. I did not have good teeth growing up because my parents where beyond low income and they did not get all the state help they could have because my dad would not take help.
I do not want my kids not to have good teeth and besides brushing and flossing how can I get them to really want to take good care of their teeth now. I do take them to see the dentist twice a year. My one son who is seven has no cavities but my nine year old son he has two so far and I do not think he is taking it seriously.

My three year old has stinky breath. I brush his teeth twice some times three times a day. He been seeing the dentist twice a year since he was one. He is not up to for his next dental appointment for another three months but since the last time he went he did not have any cavities.
What up with the stinky breath? It like puppy breath or somthing and it bugs me. Is there something I am not doing. I do not give him mints and he is too young for gum. Am I just making it a bigger deal or should I take him to the dentist sooner?

My son is two and I would like to know if I should take him to see a dentist? I am signal mom so I am not sure about some things. But he has all his baby teeth in and I been brushing and flossing daily after lunch time and before going to bed each night.
I have not taken him to see a dentist yet he seem too small to have to worry to much about it. I also need to buy a dental plan and that is how I found your site. I thinking about getting one of your dental discount plan since it is within my buget.

Where can I go in Maryland for low cost dental care for my four year old son. He needs to have his dental checkup, X-rays and basic cleanings. The dental offices I call that will take young children their cost is very high for the basic dental care. I can pay it if I have no other choice but I would love to know where I can go for less or what I can do to help bring down my cost for his dental care.

My sister has five kids and has no dental insurance on any of them. She is not married and the rest of our family is always tring to help her out the best we can. However she will not take the kids to the dentist like the should claiming no money.
So unless myself or my brother pays for her kids to go to the dentist they do not go at all regardless of cost. I wanted to know if there were some time of dental plan we can get for low income or at least just for her kids. I sure we will still be paying out for their health needs but if there was a way to make it less expensive that would be nice.

When is the best age to take your child to see a dentist for the first time? Right now I do not have dental insurance and was thinking about getting one of your dental discount plans you have to offer on your web site.
I have a one year old son that is finished teething and I am not sure if he is ready to see a dentist or if he is still to young to worry about it. If I do get one of your dental plans will it work for a baby too? Thanks

My son is just now starting to cut his first few baby teeth. The teething faze as not been kind to him. He has been really sore and cranky but I know it something we just have to pull though together.
The problem is I though his baby teeth would be really white. Since they are new and all. However, they do not look white at all they are more of a dingy yellow. I am not sure why and I am worry this is a sign of bad teeth. Should I be taking him to the dentist over three teeth ? Or should I give it some more time to see what the others look like?

I have a three year old and I would like for him to start going to the dentist for the regular twice a year check ups. I am on a fixed income and would like to keep my cost as low as possible. I do not want to take my child to a dental school so that is not a choice for me. Is there any other place I can take my child to that would offer good but low cost dental care.

One of my son baby tooth came out and he is bleeding off an on where the tooth was. I am guessing that is pretty normal. However what type of dental care should he get so as not to get an infection? Is rinsing is mouth out with warm salt water good enough? Right now that is what I am having him do but should I be doing more?

I would like some advise please. I took my six year old son to see a dentist. Now it has been about a year since he last seen a dentist because I was between dental insurance plans. The new dentist we went to see says he has two back molars that have very large cavities and should be filled and crowned in order to save the teeth
This seems like a lot of work for just one year absent from seeing a dentist. I take care of my son teeth and they were find only a year ago. Does this sound possible to you? Should I be tyring to get a second opinion?

Right now it is just my son and I. My son is four and as not yet been able to see a dentist due to the fact that I have very little money and no dental insurance. The medical help I get only will pull teeth but for anything else I am stuck. Where can I go to get my son free dental care?
