I am looking for low cost dental insurance for my family we are in Oklahoma and I am not so good with looking for stuff on line. I am no web surfer that is for sure. I just do not have the time to go though all these websites and get dental plans for other states and not the one I am in.
I was able to find your website so to save me some time and my mind just tell me what you have that is low cost. So I can get it for my family and be done with this already.

My four year old has poor tooth enemal at least that is what I am being told by her dentist. I trust her dentist though, I known her for a while she also my ten year old dentist too. Right now my daughter teeth are okay but she get little cavities very easily.
My dentist said that I could put on dental sealants and that will help protect her teeth better and slow down her getting any cavities. I told her I would think about it since I do not have dental insurance and have been just paying for our dental care at this point.
Can someone tell me what are dental sealants and is it really worth paying for my daughter to have it done. Any info would be good.

I am being told by my son dentist that he should have two root canal done on back molars that are still baby teeth. On top of that a couse they will need to be crowned. Now he said I can get the cheap silver crown since they are baby teeth.
I like OMG why am I going to spend out over 700.00 doing all this. And that is my cost with my current dental insruance plan. They are only baby teeth and I feel I am being taken by this dentist.

I have a three year old and I would like for him to start going to the dentist for the regular twice a year check ups. I am on a fixed income and would like to keep my cost as low as possible. I do not want to take my child to a dental school so that is not a choice for me. Is there any other place I can take my child to that would offer good but low cost dental care.

My daughter needs to have all four of her wisdom teeth pulled out within the next year or so. They are not causing her any problems right not but X-rays show they will start to become a problem if they are not removed.
She as really nice teeth so I do not want her to have any problem with them in the future because of her wisdom teeth. The thing is my current dental plan does not cover for an oral surgeon so I am not sure want to do. Any advise on make this process more affordable.

Hello I am a new young mom. I am 19 and it is just myself and my boyfriend right now with our son. I do not have to many people to turn to for good advise since they always have an I told you so attitude that comes with any help I may get from them.
I would like to know about the right way to take care of my son baby teeth when they start coming in. He is only for months right now but it better for me to know what to do before time right. So any advise would be helpful. Thanks

I was just told by my dentist that my son has a slite over bite and I may want to think about having it corrected with braces. I have dental insurance with my job and so I look into what braces coverage I have and found it it is only 300.00 a year up to 1000.00 life time.
Is this good enough? I really have no idea how much braces cost but this does not seem like all that much coverage. Should I be saving up money and get my son braces in say a year or two. How costly is it to have braces put on?

I am out searching for a low cost dental insurance or dental plan for my family. Right now we do not have anything so something is better then nothing at all for us. I can spend about 45.00 a month or so toward the cost of a dental plan. We live in Houston TX and just wanting to get some type of dental care services.

I have been advise that my 13 year old daughter needs to have braces. So I went to an orthodontic dental office that my family dentist suggested and got a free consult. Right now since my current dental insurance plan does not cover braces I am looking something like $5200.00 for the cost of her braces.
Now they will offer me a payment plan since she will be in braces for a few years. What I would like to know is if I get dental insurance and wait out any waiting periods would it be worth getting? How much would be my saving based on the quote I am getting for braces. And if you can suggest any plan that will be better for me to get that would be good too.

My sons baby teeth look to be crooked. Not all of them are in yet so I am not sure if they will straighten on their own once all the teeth come in or not. Also if you have crooked baby teeth does that mean you will have crooked adult teeth? I would really love to know if I need to start saving a few grand for the cost of braces.

I have two kids and I would like to get our family some dental insurance that is low cost and I notice your Pacificare 160 plan. It says it is an HMO does that mean I can not go outside the network of dental offices? Do I have any waiting periods if I got that plan? I do not see where it states either way. Thanks for your help.

My seven year old had to have two filling done and he is saying that his mouth hurt where he had the fillings. It has been a little over two hours since the filling were done and I am just wanting to know for about a how long should it take him to recover from having cavities filled. I do not remember filling hurting me afterwards so I am not sure how long he should have to put up with being sore.

There is my wife and I and we have three kids all under the age of 10. I get dental insurance but it is really a cheap plan and does not cover much towards the cost of our dental bills. I am just not sure what is a better plan to change to a PPO or HMO dental insurance plan.
Beside cost since HMO dental insurance plans seem to be much cheaper then PPO what are some of the other pro and cons of both types of plans. Money is not to big of an issue but like most I would like to keep the cost as low as possible and still get good dental coverages.

My son just got braces put on and he said they are hurting him. I told him that is normal and gave him some Advil. I would like to know about how long will it take him to adjust to having braces since this is all new to us. Also anything else that we can do to help ease is pain that you may know of would be good too.

I have a really bad sharp pain in my top right side molar. Also on the opposite side a tooth hurt there as well but just not as bad an not as often. The pain comes mostly when I am eating. If I bite into something on the wrong side it sends a shooting pain. I have not been to the dentist in about two years but at the time I had no cavities. What can this pain be from? And how do I get it to stop?

One of my son baby tooth came out and he is bleeding off an on where the tooth was. I am guessing that is pretty normal. However what type of dental care should he get so as not to get an infection? Is rinsing is mouth out with warm salt water good enough? Right now that is what I am having him do but should I be doing more?

I am missing over seven teeth and what I do have are not so hot. I know I am talking about a ton of money to really make them look good again. I talked to my dental insurance company and since most of my needed dental work is cosmetic they will not cover the cosmetic part to be done.
I also called four other dental insurance company only to be told not to start changing dental insurance plans now since they would not cover for missing teeth or cosmetic. I am at loss and although I am not poor I am not rich either and would like to get some low cost cosmetic dental work so I can smile without worrying what people think.

I would like some advise please. I took my six year old son to see a dentist. Now it has been about a year since he last seen a dentist because I was between dental insurance plans. The new dentist we went to see says he has two back molars that have very large cavities and should be filled and crowned in order to save the teeth
This seems like a lot of work for just one year absent from seeing a dentist. I take care of my son teeth and they were find only a year ago. Does this sound possible to you? Should I be tyring to get a second opinion?
