Having Poor oral health can have dire consequences for anyone. However, currently Medicaid benefits that cover dental care are only extended to children. More than 30 million Americans live in areas with too few dentists to meet their dental health needs, and even still millions of children and retirees lack access to good oral health care because they can’t afford the cost of dental care.

Researchers described a new recessively inherited human syndrome featuring craniosynostosis, maxillary hyperplasia, delayed tooth eruption and extra teeth. They also identified causative mutations in a gene IL11RA.
In craniosynostosis, the sutures between skull bones become ossified prematurely, affecting skull shape and limiting space for the growth of the brain. It is observed in 1:2500 and often requires operative surgery. Supernumerary teeth are more common, and in most cases they also require dental surgery.

I do not really understand why at 30 I can not seem to find any dental insurance plan that affordable for a low income person like me and the only low cost services or free programs are all for kids. When it comes to dental why do kids really even need it? As an adult, I’ve have to go to the dentist way more than when I was a kid. I recently had 3 wisdom teeth out, have a 4th one coming in, and I have to pay it all out of pocket because my small insurance policy won’t cover dental. I think it’s more important that adults get covered first.

I have a four year old that needs to see the dentist. I am teaching him to take good care of his teeth and we brush them three times a day and we are working on flossing but I mostly doing that for him right now. He has been to the dentist about a year ago when I had dental benefits. I no longer receive dental benefits with my current job and I can not afford much.
I saw on your website that you have a dental plan though Careington as low as $7.95. This is looking good to me I understand it is a discount plan but it affordable and will help me with my son basic dental care. What I would like to know is can I get it only for my son? I do not need to pay for a family do I? Please advise.
