Virginia dental insurance for kids, When should you get dental/vision insurance for kids: At what age should you include your kids on your dental, vision insurance ? I have a 3 yr old but I do not have her currently added to my dental insurance benefits that I get though work. I also do not have vision insurance so I am sure where to get that.
I am thinking it is still to early for her to get dental cleaning and check ups ? I am not sure about vision but I do get limited care for that under our current medical. Looking for good advise on if I still have time to worry about all this or should I be adding her on to my dental plan and getting vision insurance.

Kids dental Insurance in Florida, Will HMO dental plans cover for Pediatric Dentistry: My son is 21 months old and I would like to take him to see a Pediatric dentist. I do not have dental insurance on him currently so I am looking to get an affordable dental plan for us both. One that will let my son see a Pediatric dentist.
I see you have Delta Dental HMO that is affordable for the two of us but will an HMO dental have Pediatric dentist? Or at the very least dentist that will see a baby? I also noted you offer Delta dental plan were I can go to any dentist I assuming that means I can see a Pediatric dentist if I want for my son. I just do not like that it has waiting periods however if this is the only way to go please advise.

Buying online family dental insurance plans in Tennessee: Right now we currently have dental insurance with my husband job. I however do not really care for the plan or it benefits. It really does not cover all that much and our kids need to see the dentist more then just twice a year. Looking for a better cover plan even if we need to spend a little more for one. What is your best dental plan so I can compare it to what we currently have?

I have a eight year old son that see the dentist twice a year. With a move that I made I had to change jobs that does not offer me dental benefits until I am with them for a year. I do not want to make my son wait a full year not seeing a dentist.
Is there any dental insurance plans that I could get for just my son while I am waiting for my dental benefits to start with my job? Something low cost would be nice.

My husband job is changing the benefits they offer and the dentist plan they are wanting to give us now is no good. We need a dental insurance plan that will let us keep our own dentist and they are changing to an HMO do to cost.
Our dentist will only take PPO dental insurance plans. I need to find a PPO that is not too costly. I know that we will have waiting periods and I am find with that since we all take good care of our teeth. I do not see that we will have any issues waiting any terms periods out if need but. But it goes without saying the shorter the waiting periods are the better. What can you suggest for us?

My son has a cavity at least I am sure that what he may have since he say one of his tooth hurts him when he eats on that side of his mouth. He told me this just the other day. I do not have dental insurance but would pay cash for cleanings he had.
However now with needing X-rays and whatever to fix the tooth I am worried I will not have enough money to have it looked at. Can I get a dental plan now and have it help me ASAP.
