My son has no money for dental care but has broken teeth.

I am trying to help me son as best I can but right now I also do not have much extra money in fixing up his teeth.     My son is 22 has an infected tooth as well as two teeth that are broken. He has not money and we can not find any free programs for dental care.  He is at the point that he is getting migraines and I think it because his teeth are so bad.
