Washington buying a dental discount plan for your family
Right now do to some changes we no longer have dental insurance. My job says they are looking for a new dental plan to offer but probably will not have anything until next year some time.
With that in mind and that we have a six year old that seems to easily get cavities I would like to get a low cost plan that I could pick up until if and when my job offers us back our dental benefits. What could you suggest for us?

Since you want a low cost dental plan that you are not going to keep long term I would suggest looking at any of our affordable dental discount plans.
On the dental discount plans they start within the next business day. Once you get dental benefits from your job you would be able to cancel the dental plan.

I agree since you are planing on getting dental insurance though work at some point you do not want to buy a dental insurance plan that is disigned to be a long term plan much like a PPO dental insurance plan is.
You may be able to get a dental HMO insurance they normally do not have long term waiting periods and are also offer low monthly cost for thier plans.
Otherwise getting a dental discount plan for your short terms needs may work out for the best.

A good dental discount plan is the Dental Save + plan. I got it a while ago and it really help me save money off my husband dental needs.
We have dental insurance though my husband job but it maxes out at 1000 each year which will not get you much when you need more then the basic cleanings.
The Dental Save + plan as really help off set our cost and help us not to max out our $1000 as fast. Try reviewing that plan and see what you think.
