Children teeth, Aftercare for pulled tooth.

One of my son baby tooth came out and he is bleeding off an on where the tooth was.  I am guessing that is pretty normal.  However what type of dental care should he get so as not to get an infection?  Is rinsing is mouth out with warm salt water good enough?  Right now that is what I am having him do but should I be doing more?

If your son extraction site bleeds to much have him use a damp tea bag to absorb the blood and slow it down. It also will help kill the bad taste of blood in his mouth.

Warm salt water is fine. Some people like to use strong mouthwash to kill germs but that may be to harsh for him to take.

Yea bleeding is normally for the first day. He should stop by the next day though. For our daughter we use just warm salt water for her to rinse her mouth out after eating and before going to bed. That seem to work well for us.
