dental insurance for a 23 year old
So I am a 23 year old part time student part time worker. No kids and not married. I have not been to the dentist since I got dropped from my dad insurance back in 2008. How much is dental insurance to get for a part time student? Is there any discount for being a student even if you are only part time.

I am not sure about dental insurance giving any type of student discounts. However there still are many affordable dental insurance dental plans starting as low as $10.00 a month.
I would first suggest reviewing the dental plans and dental insurance that are available right here on this web site. Just enter your zip code in the box at the top of the screen.

If your dad still has his current dental insurance plan you maybe able to still get a back on it if he is willing to add you.
I think starting in Jan 1 2011 the age for dependent is going up to 26 though many dental insurance companies are going ahead and doing it now. Have your dad look into this if he is willing.

I am a student in GA and I needed to get dental insurance as well. After reviewing many dental insurance plans and their cost I decided to get a dental discount plan. I did not have a lot of dental needs and for $9.95 a month I got really good discounted savings. Maybe something for you to look into.
